Can I create a universal scope hotkey trigger to bring up the trigger configuration panel?

Hi,
Just discovered this awesome program! I'm a network engineer who is
always accessing the network preferences panel and I NEEDED a one key
solution to get me there and Quicksilver provided the perfect
solution!
Now that I will be using Quicksilver I'm going to be using the
Triggers panel a lot...can I create a universal scope hotkey to get me
there?
