Check 'Internal Commands' in Preferences>Catalog>Quicksilver and make a Trigger for 'QS Triggers>Run'.
Sometimes Triggers get forgotten – make another Trigger afterwards (such as 'Finder>Open') if the first doesn't stick on relaunch. Enjoy!
