I've got a very similar problem: I bought an iMac this week, with Lion. I downloaded and installed (clean install, naturally) Quicksilver for Lion. When I invoke it I get the QS splash on my screen, but then can find no trace of it running on my system. Of course, nothing I do lets me access any functionality or preferences. This happens over and over, ad infinitum (ad nauseaum).
