It sounds to me like you have a plugin that may be causing Lion to crash.

If you installed either the Airport Module or the Menu Interface when
setting up Lion, then delete them from ~/Library/Application
Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns.

To get Lion-compatible versions of these plugins, see
http://qsapp.com/plugins

We know it's not great to have to leave QS at the moment to install the
latest plugins - this will be fixed in the next version.
