This should be possible with the Web Search [plug-in. Get the latest version from qsapp.com (if you haven’t already), then in the Custom section of your catalog, add a new “Web Search List” item using the + at the bottom of the window. Give it a name like Shortmarks, and set the URL to http://shortmarks.com/s.php?h=QIshpWm&q=*** Create a trigger with Shortmarks in the first pane, Search For… in the second, and nothing in the third.
