If you use the proxy object "finder selectio" it will just apply to the finder.
Making triggers it's not difficult and you can easyly create triggers that do not have conflict shortcut problems. Just use two modifiers hardly used. I use all my triggers with CTRL+ALT+X, where X is a letter that remains me to the action. I use CTRL+ALT+M as move current finder selection to, CTRL+ALT+S as send selected finder selection by email...
