Thanks for your kind words about the project :) I have just tried to confirm the problem you are having, but cannot. I have ⌘⌃S set up to toggle Safari, and ⌘⌃N to toggle NetNewsWire. With Safari in full screen mode, I can toggle between desktop 1 (where NetNewsWire exists) and the safari full screen desktop easily with those triggers. If the application is already visible, I do have to hit the trigger twice, but that is the same as the previous behaviour.
Would you be able to: a) Restart Quicksilver b) Let us know what interface you are using c) Let us know exactly which triggers you are using. thanks!
