Yes. I have tried restarting Quicksilver I am using the BezelHud (also swithced to built in bezel and still had the same issue One of my triggers is for mail "F4"
I think you may have misunderstood (or I did a poor job of explaining) exactly what is going on Lets say I have text edit open in Desktop 1 and Mail.app in full screen. While in desktop 1 I use to be able to hit F4 and it go to mail. I could then hit F4 again and it would take me back to desktop 1.
