1. "Current Application >> Quit" cannot replace the quit functionality because it requires two steps (including activation) and also some apps like Notify do not come to the forefront using the 'Open' command. 2. I have the "include background processes" checked -- apparently applications like dropbox are still not indexed as running even after that.
