upgrade notice for version 3910

I keep getting an upgrade notification from Quicksilver saying version
3910 is available, but if I tell it to install the upgrade it tells me
it can't decompress the downloaded file.  I have "Check for updates"
deselected in Preferences, but it checks anyway.
