What is most troublesome is the fact that even with "Check for updates" turned off, QS continues to automatically check for updates every day and fails every day. I just want it to stop trying to retrieve an update that is not actually available. I don't mind updating manually when a real update exists. I do mind being told there's an update when there isn't.
