The old File Tagging Plugin should be renamed to something like Spotlight Comments Plugin, since that is what it works with. It should be retained as a separate plugin, since it works with a fundamentally different system than an OpenMeta based one. There are many people who, for one reason or another, want to use Spotlight comments and not OpenMeta tags.
