Me too, but the scripts are still in the same place:

~/Library/Application
Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.QSExtraScriptsPlugIn.84.qsplugin/Contents/Resources/ExtraScripts/
(The com.blacktree.Quicksilver.QSExtraScriptsPlugIn.84.qsplugin part might
be named differently on your machine?)

Add the ExtraScripts folder to Prefs>Catalog>Custom with a depth of 2.
Rescan QS and try bringing the scripts into pane 1.

You can delete the Catalog folder when the plugin is working again.
