Quicksilver has its own internal 'type' for phone numbers for data taken from the Address Book, but currently has no way of detecting phone numbers that are inputted as text. If you let me know the format of phone numbers (is it tel:123456)? then we can implement this in the Address Book plugin, which might work.
With some changes we are discussing to allow plugins to add additional data detectors to Quicksilver, this would be possible.
