Hi there, There are a few problems with some of Quicksilver's interfaces appearing below other apps, so could you please let us know which interface you are using (from the "Appearance" preferences). It sounds like this is only happening for some apps (such as VLC) which have been told to appear 'on top'. In this case it may be more difficult to make the interface appear above other apps (as they have specifically been set to appear on top), but we will look into it.
