Wow. That's a weird one. I wonder how you managed to pull that off. Anyway, you can rearrange the order of actions by dragging them up and down in the list of actions. You can access the list by activating Quicksilver, pressing Command-comma, and then choose Actions in the sidebar of the preferences window.
Out of curiosity, what action is currently listed in the second pane when you select a folder in the first?
