If anyone is experiencing this on Mountain Lion (or possibly recent versions of 
Lion), go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy, open the Privacy tab, 
select Contacts, and make sure Quicksilver has permission to access them.

We’ve been steadily replacing the word “module” with “plugin” across the 
application.
