I don't recall there being two Catalog sources for Address Book (now Contacts).

The Apple Mail plugin used to install a Recent Mail Addresses catalog source 
that I can't seem to find anymore (it's not under Plugins and yes I have the 
plugin installed, version 3.0.0). Maybe that's how I used to get at it.
