Thanks Rob, I had been checking every so often for updates from within QS, and each time the application told me that I had the latest version. I was unable to follow the uninstall process from within B54 because I couldn't call up the sub-menus, nor could I find the folders in Library, so I trashed it from Applications and then installed B70. It seems to be working properly now, including all of my triggers. Thanks for your help
