I think this is an issue with the OS, and not with Quicksilver. Just to
confirm this:

* open up Console.app
* find a crash long on the right hand side
* Right click and select 'Reveal in Finder'

Is the file revealed in Finder?
If not, try a restart

FYI, Finder.app is in /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app
(You could have used Quicksilver to find it ;-) )
