No it doesn't really do anything but adding notebooks as right arrow children to Evernote. The next step will probably be to add actions to notebooks, allowing you to open/show, search and other stuff I haven't thought of yet.
I'm really glad that there are people interested in this. Let me know if you have anything special you'd like to see implemented and I'll try to look at it. One thing I should say is that in the foreseeable future the plugin will require Evernote to be running in order to use it. I briefly looked at using Evernote's raw data but that seemed too much of a hassle.
