Create a new folder and name it CAPITALS
1. use ⌘⎋ to focus folder
2. name is untitled folder
3. change any / all letters in CAPITALS to lower case using RENAME and
you get
1. error error renaming file
4. change name to something else like newfile and while finder shows the
right name QS now thinks the name is CAPITALS
there seems to be a timing issue
