This seems to be an issue with the underlying OS X methods, as opposed to
Quicksilver since the filesystem is 'supposedly' case insensitive.
We'll look into getting a fix out for this - thanks for letting us know.

We have two options on fixing this (as outlined in the above thread)

* Rename to the file to a temporary file first in the case that the two
names are the same
* Use 'rename' (see man 2 rename)
