I can do this right now. One keystroke to invoke Quicksilver. One letter to 
select the browser. ;-)

There are obviously other more complicated things you might want triggers for. 
In addition to what Patrick said, a way to sort of do this right now is to 
create some triggers that are only active when Quicksilver has focus. So then 
you’d hit whatever key to invoke it and hit the other key to run the trigger.
