Unfortunately not, since the action is available for 'all' types. I would suggest you set up 'Paste as plain text' to be your default action for the letter 'P' (or something similar) then you will be able to execute it with ⌘⇧P immediately (you don't have to tab to the 2nd quicksilver pane)
