Open Quicksilver's preferences and select the Preferences tab, then select Actions in the sidebar. In the main part of the window, select Text from the list of action types, and then drag Paste as Plain Text to the top of the list.
As others have noted already, this may have the unintended side effect of making Paste as Plain Text the default action for some other action types as well. If that happens, simply select All Actions in the list of action types and drag the desired action to the position on the list immediately above Paste as Plain Text. So for example, let's suppose that after you complete the steps in my first paragraph above you now have Paste as Plain Text assigned rank 49 in the actions list, and then you realize that the default action for URLs is now Paste as Plain Text when you want it to be Open URL. Simply drag Open URL to the position immediately above Paste as Plain Text in the All Actions list. Open URL will now become action 49, and Paste as Plain Text will become action 50, and all will be right in the world again.* *Actual rightness in the world outside your customized Quicksilver settings not included.
