Don't know if this is still an issue, but I figured out how to make this happen. Here are your steps:
1. Invoke Quicksilver 2. Click on the gear icon of your QS window 3. Go to "Plugins" 4. Go to "Shelf" (Keyboard shortcut is CMD + OPT + S) 5. Click on desired deletion option 6.
