Go to `/Applications/Utilities/Console.app` and search for Quicksilver under 
“All Messages”. Also, see if there are any files named Quicksilver_something 
under “User Diagnostic Reports”.

If you remove the iTunes plug-in (from `~/Library/Application 
Support/Quicksilver/PlugIns`), will QS start?
