<https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/pull/1201>The on release setting should be working, but due to a limitation in OS X whereby QS can't 'register' the that the keys have changed if only the modifiers are changed. So to use the on release setting you must release the character key you are using for the trigger.
