The copy/paste doesn’t work or the trigger? In any case, I took the extreme 
step of actually trying it for myself ;-) and it worked as expected.

Your user-specific catalog just has the identifiers for built-in entries. To 
see the actual entries, you’ll need to look at the originating plug-in. For 
example: /Applications/Quicksilver.app/Contents/PlugIns/Core 
Support.qsplugin/Contents/Info.plist

And the setting is actually called “watchTarget”.
