In the next version of Quicksilver there will be an 'Add Trigger...'
action, which will take a command in the 1st pane and a trigger type in the
3rd pane.

If you look at the release notes for the latest version here:
http://qsapp.com/changelog.php you'll see the 'Add Trigger' action mentioned
