I don't use that application, but based on the information available on the 
developer's blog, it includes a service named New MacVim Buffer Here that 
applies to files and folders. Therefore, if you install Quicksilver's 
Services Menu plugin, which turns services into Quicksilver actions, you 
should then be able to bring up your file or folder Quicksilver's first 
pane and select the New MacVim Buffer Here action in the second pane.
