There’s also the “Make New…” action. Assuming you have a template for the type of file you want to create in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Templates, you can select the folder, choose “Make New…”, then choose the template the new file should be based on. And the template doesn’t have to be a simple file. It can be an entire directory populated with files.
