Here are some quick examples to get you started: Set up a trigger for “Current Web Page ⇥ Paste as Plain Text”. Then you can paste the URL of the page you have open into any application without switching back and forth, selecting, copying, pasting, etc. Select a folder, compress it, rename the resulting archive, move it to another folder, etc. Say someone on IM asks for your brother’s phone number. Select your brother’s entry in Quicksilver, hit → or / to show details, select the phone number and choose the Paste action.
