Actually, they do work, but the default action is to Open URL rather than Search For... which would allow you to enter the search string directly into QS and have the entry passed to the search engine via the browser. So I'll be looking for a means to make Search For... the default action, which used to be the default. Perhaps it was a setting I had changed, I don't know.
