That's very weird. Are you able to open Quicksilver's preferences window (and see it?). If QS is being responsive, but just not showing an interface, then you ought to be able to do so simply by activating it and then pressing command-comma. Alternatively, clicking this link ought to open the Quicksilver preferences window, too: qs://preferences.
