Thanks for the info Brian, It seems in the latest update to the RTM plugin I changed the authentication method slightly, and so it failed. I've now updated this and released a new version of the plugin. Please try checking for updates in Quicksilver to get the latest version (v1.5.2)
As for the wiki docs - where are you referring to? The best place for any information is the plugin docs in Quicksilver. You can get to them either by clicking the '?' from the RTM preference pane or by going to the "Plugins" preference pane, selecting "Remember the Milk" then click the '?' there.
