There is a link to "Binary Minded Software" at the top of http://qsapp.com/wiki/Remember_The_Milk, which is I found from http://qsapp.com/wiki/Plugin_Reference . The built-in doc on the RtM module is actually quite clear, but when I couldn't get it working I went looking for more info. It seems like "Binary Minded Software" is no longer working on the plug-in.
