I think I have fixed the issue(s). I cleared the QS cache in case they was corrupt. Found my Safari history was set to one year. Dropped that to a month. That was 49000 saved right there. Dropped the Docs catalog to Depth 3 from 6. 4000 saved. Changed rescan to once a day. It's still way higher than we have discussed, but it seems to be functioning normally and not behaving like the producers I work with.
May I suggest a key-combo/pref that one could use to clear/reset the cache from within QS. Key-Combos for Navigating the Prefs panel (unless they already exist and I'm a maroon.) Cmd-1 - Prefs Cmd-2 - Triggers Cmd-3 - Catalog Cmd-4 - Plugins and then some combo of cursor keys or tab for sub-selection. also - unrelated, but when I tried to post from the website, a couple of times, the “editor” fails to load and I can’t post. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quicksilver" group.
