Quicksilver should now fully support tags in Mavericks. You can:

  * Select one or more files and add/remove tags
  * Select one or more existing tags and apply to one or more files
  * See the tags assigned to a file
  * See the files that have a particular tag
* Add files to the catalog based on tags (no more indexing entire folders to get one or two files)

This functionality has been added to the File Attribute Plugin (formerly known as “File Attribute Actions”).

The updated plug-in requires Quicksilver 1.2.0, which is currently only available as a developer preview and has some [known issues][1].

Technically, there’s no reason the new plug-in won’t work with 1.1.3 **as long as you’re on 10.9**. So if you can’t wait, you’ll need to download and install [this special build][2] manually. (You should just need to unzip it and double-click.)
