To do it manually, you’d just have to guess. That is, subtract 1 from
the number in the URL until you hit something.
But I’ve fixed that plug-in on the server-side, so it should be enough
to just remove the plug-in you have, refresh the list, and install
again.
I use 10.8.5 and iTunes 11.1.3, might be related? Do you need me to
post
the whole crash report?
I have a 10.8 VM and was able to reproduce it. After checking some stuff
in the debugger, it turns out this was fixed by
[#1724](https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/pull/1724). So it was
probably nothing to do with 10.8. I just didn’t see it because I’m
on a newer build.
