The lastest build (#48) does work on my 10.9 machine here. So maybe you're right.
But...well...the Deployment Target is set to 10.7, the BaseSDK is set to Latest, which would be 10.9 on the build machine. Which should mean, it should run fine on 10.8. I think. But I haven't been messing with build settings in a while, so I'm not really sure. Rob? Patrick? Etienne? Any thoughts?
