So my questions are:
1. What files and directories, if any, should I exempt from Time
Machine? Just QSPasteboardHistory.qsshelf? The whole Shelves folder?
Are
there other bits of Quicksilver that need the same treatment?
I don’t exempt any of them because it’s just not enough data to
matter to me, but I suppose you would want to exempt that file (but not
the `General.qsshelf`) and possibly `~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver`. It
wouldn’t surprise me if Time Machine already excludes everything in
`~/Library/Caches`, though.
2. It there any reason for this file to ever get so large?
I guess it depends on what’s been copied recently.
For what it’s worth, it should be possible to prevent the clipboard
history from being written to disk in the next update of the plug-in.
