I know there’s more detail in the GitHub issue and I haven’t read it yet, but off the top of my head, I wonder if we could solve this with a combination of things. Specifically:

1. Use a Git repository to share AppleScripts (which would automatically allow review and approval for new/updated scripts). Whoever’s volunteering to manage it could take submissions from those that aren’t familiar with Git. 2. Modify the Extra Scripts plug-in to pull all of its scripts from this new repo. Similar to the way the Web Search plug-in can download presets from a remote file.
