Quicksilver already has this, it’s called ‘Recent Objects’. You can skip backwards / forwards through recent objects using ⌘[ and ⌘] (just like you would in a browser to go back/forward).
If you want to see all your recent objects, go to the catalog prefs and enable Quicksilver > Quicksilver Catalog Entries, and ‘Recent Objects’.
