I don't recall moving and resizing being a feature of QS. Perhaps there is 
a plugin that provides these functions, but I don't know it. 

At any rate, whatever QS triggers you created before should still exist 
after upgrading to Yosemite. You can review, create, or modify your 
triggers by opening QS's preferences and clicking on the Triggers tab 
button in the top toolbar.
