Thanks again Rob, already tried that and the same intermittent 'nothing happens on first press' - and yes, it was a real battle overcoming my little finger's memory!! I'm getting the feeling that I'm just going to have to live with this until either a OS or QS update sorts it out. But thanks for you suggestions.
