Just wanted to hopefully help anyone who is having a very slow and unresponsive Quicksilver experience: if you have Karabiner Elements installed, try uninstalling it and restarting. Without dismissing your experience, I just wanted to add the datapoint that I have both installed but haven’t seen slowness issues with QS. I depend heavily on KE to remap Esc to Caps Lock tap and Ctrl to Caps Lock hold now that I have a Touch Bar MBP and am running Mojave.
