Personally I think that import/export future maybe very useful. Being used 
to Spark, it seems strange to me that QuickSilver doesn't already have this 
future. Cloud syncing (using iCloud) would be a step ahed, but I realise 
that it could have some downside. While import procedure can analyse 
invalid settings and discard them or ask the user how to deal with them, 
cloud syncing must be able to hold settings valid on all synced 
computers... maybe a little more complex.
