I think there are several files in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver
that you’ll be interested in transferring over, specifically
~/Library/Application
Support/Quicksilver/Triggers.plist.

You’ll likely need to apply a few fixes to things (missing catalog items,
etc.) but that should be a good start, I’ve moved my Quicksilver setup
between several computers.
